Eden Hannam

Eden is a certified physiotherapy and occupational therapy assistant with a background in nutrition, culinary arts, and personal training.

Eden promotes a client-centered whole-body approach to her work. She works with you and your extended healthcare team to create goals that align with your personal needs and lifestyle. Eden’s experience rehabilitating her injuries has given her the compassion, patience, and knowledge to work side-by-side with you and your loved ones.
Eden utilizes various strategies during her sessions including targeted strength training, functional movement patterns, assisted stretching, and modalities in combination with nutrition and holistic wellness suggestions.

Eden graduated with honors from Trios College with a double diploma in Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Assistant. Eden continues her education as an acupuncturist in Traditional Chinese Medicine to better serve her clients’ needs.

When Eden is not in the clinic you can find her weightlifting at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, or hiking with her corgi, Harley.
