Taylor Smeenk is the CEO and Founder of Empact Wellness. With years of clinical experience as a chiropractor and advanced training as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, her work sits at the intersection of root-cause medicine, systems thinking, and whole-person care.

Inspired by her own journey through injury, illness, and healing, Taylor founded Empact Wellness as the foundation for a new model of healthcare; one that truly sees, understands, and supports the whole person. What began as a mission to serve her local community in Burlington has grown into a broader vision to help transform healthcare on a global scale through personalized, proactive, and deeply human care.
